Twenty March Town players commit to Ashley Taylor's squad for 2022/23 UCL Premier Division South campaign

Twenty players have committed their future to March Town ahead of the 2022/23 season.

The five-strong team of backroom staff which will lead the Hares into their debut campaign in the UCL Premier Division South has also been announced.

New signing Sam Murphy, who recently joined March from Wisbech Town, is amongst manager Ashley Taylor's squad.

Forwards Jack Friend and Craig Gillies are also on the list - as is midfielder Eoin McQuaid.

Captain Danny Emmington will return, as will goalkeeper Charlie Congreve.

Rounding off the squad so far are Sam Garner, Drew Barker, Dean Miller, Adam Brumby, Harry Edwards, Scott Callaghan, Josh Burrows, Sam Green, Lewis Gibson, Luis Cowie, Rob Conyard, Brody Warren, Jack Saunders and Stefano Cavozzi.

Boss Taylor's management and backroom team will consist of Guy Habbin, Matt Christian, Sarah Aftelak and Amy Humphries.

The Hares returned for pre-season training last week, with pictures showing the squad taking part in small-sided games.

Taylor previously told the Citizen that he wants to have a settled squad by early July - in time for their opening friendly fixtures against Yaxley and Thetford Town.

He hoped to add around five new players by the time those games take place.
