Wisbech Grammar end hockey season on high note


Wisbech Grammar School 1st hockey XI beat Saffron Walden School at home, 5-2.

Despite a loss, the Greyhounds second team played some excellent hockey against Saffron Walden, with Louis Jones scoring his first goal of the season.

The 1st XI played their final game for the school and ended the season on a high, with a 4-0 win against Bedford Modern School.

The U14A’s put in a good performance, finishing with a 4-3 win to Bedford. The U13A, U12A and U12B teams all travelled to Bedford, with each of the teams winning.
