Club thanks 30-plus people who helped at national ECB initiative

Wisbech Town CC have been getting their Harecroft Road ground up to scratch for the new cricket campaign thanks to a day spent tidying up on Saturday with the national ECB CricketForce initiative sponsored by NatWest bank.

Their traditional curtain-raiser versus the MCC begins today (Wednesday, April 10).

The club stated: “A huge thank you to the 30-plus people who have come down to help at the club today for the NatWest CricketForce club day.

“The club and ground are looking brilliant ready for our first game v MCC on the 10th & 11th of April.”
