‘Drive-to” destination dining pub on the market
The Blacksmiths Arms situated in the Fenland village of Elm near Wisbech has been placed on the market through hotel and leisure property specialists Fleurets.
The owner is prepared to either sell the freehold or let the property on favourable free of tie terms.
The freehold asking price is £225,000 or alternatively a new 10, 15 or 20 year lease is available at a premium of £25,000. The premium includes all the trade furnishings and equipment.
The business is currently operated under tenancy but the tenant, who has been in occupation for nine years, will be leaving and vacant possession will be available on completion of the sale or new letting.
The Blacksmiths Arms was totally renovated only a few years ago and operates as a drive-to destination dining pub with accommodation including two bars, 43 cover restaurant, three en-suite letting bedrooms, large car park, large garden and a trade patio.
