A man has been seriously injured after being hit by a falling tree branch
The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) were called to Goose’s Lane, Walpole St Andrew, just after midday today (22nd March).
A rapid response vehicle, ambulance crew and East Anglian Air Ambulance attended.
They treated a man, believed to be in his 40s, who had suffered a suspected fractured pelvis and injuries to his chest and shoulder.
He was airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital for further treatment.
