These are seven mocktails you can try this New Year's Eve
New Year's Eve is a chance to give the previous 12 months a send off and have fun with friends and family.
However those celebrations may look this year, many will be planning on having a tipple or two.
But for those who want to finish the night in bed and not wake up with a sore head, we spoke to soft-drink company Crossip for their seven best mocktail suggestions.
This is their exclusive list of recipes:
St. Clements Spritz
30ml orange juice
15ml lemon juice
100ml sparkling wine or sparkling tea
Ginger Mojito
25ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Three lime wedges
12 mint leaves
Top up with ginger ale
Add the first four ingredients with half a glass of crushed ice and churn together.
Then add ginger ale and churn again. Top with more ginger ale, crushed ice and a mint sprig.
Arnold Palmer
90ml black tea
60ml lemon juice
30ml sugar syrup
Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a highball glass over ice. Then garnish with lemon.
Lemon, Lime and Bitters*
15ml lime juice
4-6 dash Angostura bitter
Top up with lemonade
Add all ingredients to a glass with cubed ice and stir. Then garnish with lime wedges.
*Warning: Angostura is alcoholic but the amounts are so small it is still classed as non alcoholic.
Dandy Sour
35ml CROSSIP Dandy
20ml lemon juice
10ml apple juice
5ml honey
20ml Aquafaba/egg white
Add all ingredients to a shaker with no ice and shake. Fill shaker with ice, shake again and strain into a chilled fancy glass.
Cosmo
25ml CROSSIP Fresh
50ml cranberry juice
10ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Garnish with a flaming orange twist
Add all ingredients to a shaker with NO ICE and shake. Fill shaker with Ice, shake again and strain into a chilled fancy glass.
Rhubarb-oroni
25ml CROSSIP pure
25ml rhubarb cordial
25ml soda
Garnish with an orange twist
Add all the ingredients to a Rocks glass. Add ice. Stir for 20 seconds until combined.
