13-year-old south Lincolnshire teenager accused of raping seven-year-old boy




A teenager has appeared in Boston Youth Court on an allegation of rape on a boy of seven in a Fenland villagelast June.

The teenager, who was 13 at the time of the alleged offence and pleaded not guilty on Wednesday, cannot be named for legal reasons.

District Judge Peter Veits ruled that the teenager should be tried at Lincoln Crown Court with a first appearance on April 20 and he was granted conditional bail.
