24-year-old opens own barber shop in Wisbech with plans already to expand and grow

A new barber shop has opened in town with plans already to expand the business.

24-year-old, Bradley Baker has opened Bakers Barber Shop at 8, De Haviland Road in Wisbech.

Bradley took over this vacant shop last month, and has built the business from scratch over the last couple of weeks, and is now seeing a steady increase in walk-in clients. He already has plans to expand and grow his business by utilising the vacant shop next door in the near future.

Born and Bred in Wisbech, Bradley has worked in the industry for more than five years, gained experience in cutting different hairstyles, and now steadily building up his client base.

Bradley said: “I am amazed by the level of support I’ve received from everyone since taking on this project.

“The building was empty for two years, it’s been a lot of work renovating, and making it fit for purpose, all that’s left is to add a little more colour and get the shop sign in place.”
