A popular event in the Wisbech calendar proved to be another success as crowds descended on a fun-filled day.
The Rose Fair saw large volumes of people head along to take in the community spirit on Saturday with this year's circus-themed parade.
The event was headed by the Rose Queen Kacey Goodson-Allen, who was then followed by the extensive parade with participants of all ages – including animals, such as elephants, which brought the theme to life.

The town was filled with activities ranging from a tequila circus, face painting, Hook-a-Duck, archery stalls, and fairground rides at the Market Place, to stalls in the church gardens and live music in Museum Square.
Visitors also had the opportunity to see some historic vehicles and a car display around The Crescent, as well as a historic organ.
The fun did not stop there - Wisbech Castle opened for Militia of East Anglia re-enactments and historic crafts, as well as cooking sessions.

A giant circus car, strongman, mirror and a large cannon on Market Street were also present for those who came to the town for the fun day.
Wisbech town councillor Sidney Imafidon said the Rose Fair was a brilliant day out for the whole community.
“First and foremost, I want to thank all our staff, fellow councillors and the people of Wisbech who made it another wonderful day for everyone,” he said.

“A lot of behind-the-scenes planning and preparation went into the circus-themed event. Every single act and performer was absolutely amazing to watch.
“The feedback from the community has been overwhelmingly positive. We look forward to putting on a bigger show next year.”
