More news, no ads
LEARN MOREWith the days rolling into one another at the moment and the weather looking a little less appetising, an indoor exercise routine may be the answer.
Scheduling in some physical activity into our routines can help keep us motivated to continue and benefit from the regular activity, both physically and mentally. As well as counting to our active minutes for the week.
Active Fenland have some weekly online exercise classes that take place via Zoom. Each session has a different theme, style and intensity level.
From the calm and stress reducing Brain Fit, a session designed around positive affirmations and meditation which is great for the uncertain and stressful times we are facing at the moment, to the intensity of Train Insane which is a high intensity session designed to push you.
