Elm reader's anger over fly tipping

Since we were 'unlocked' last summer, on my daily walk or bike ride around the village it has become apparent that fly tipping and litter have become more of a problem.

I am used to seeing a miscellany of fast food boxes, wrappers, cups and tin cans,

It has now reached a new level with trade waste and tyres at the junction of Wales Bank and Begdale Road.

This is sheer laziness. Those concerned should be ashamed, if they are capable.
