A new festival will be celebrating Wisbech’s links with twin town Arles over the weekend.
The Arles Festival is hoped to welcome hundreds of people to the Wisbech Market Place on Sunday from 10am to 3.30pm.
The Arlesian Dancers were hoped to appear at last week’s Rose Fair but will instead be giving four performances at 10.30am, 12.30pm, 1.30pm, and 2.45pm.
Other performers to take to the stage include 1940s singer Lula May and the Clarkson Singers.
Vivien the Fire Engine, Funky face painting, a bouncy castle and stalls will also be part of the event.
Mayor David Hodgson, who will be opening the event at 10.25am, said: “Come along and enjoy the celebrations.”
