Arrest made after Wisbech incident

A man was arrested following an incident in Wisbech last night (Thursday).

Officers from the Wisbech response team and the Neighbourhood Policing team attended the incident on South Brink.

They say a man was was searched under the Section 23 misuse of drugs act and a quantity of white powder was found on him.

He was arrested and taken to the Police Investigation Centre in Kings Lynn. Enquiries continue.
