Fire crews from Wisbech and March put out blaze which started in bin lorry

A fire that ignited inside of a bin lorry had to be put out by firefighters over the weekend.

Crews from March and Wisbech were called to Wisbech Road in March to put the fire out on Saturday at 12.35pm.

Firefighters used hose reels and drags to extinguish a fire in a bin lorry and returned to their stations by 2pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
