Two Wisbech brothers raised a bumper £492 for Macmillan Cancer Support when they took on a gruelling muddy obstacle course.

Owen Burge, 12, who attends the Thomas Clarkson Academy, and his brother Jamie, 8, a pupil at Orchards Primary School, completed Insane Terrain last month.

The boys wanted to support the cause as their dad Graham is a player for the town’s Macmillan Football Club and they attend most of the club’s games.

Money was raised from parents at their schools, family members , Macmillan FC players and workers from Nestle Purina, where Graham is a shift manager and other Macmillan FC players work too.
