Calendar Girls in Friday Bridge

Regulars at a Fenland pub will be raising money for two good causes.

Staff and customers at The Chequers Inn at Friday Bridge have created a calendar to raise money for the Firefighters charity and the Air Ambulance. The calendar shows scenes from the pub with the customers in traditional WI style poses.

Photographs were taken by Alick Wade, pictured above with some of his models.

The calendar was the brain child of head barmaid Laura Miller-Brown who pooled all the local talent including a printer.

The calendar costs £10 with at least £6 being split between the charities. Calendars are available from the pub. SUPPLIED
