Charity presentations at Chatteris Museum




The Chatteris Court Leet estate has made a donation of £1,000 to each of two deserving local causes.

One contribution from the charity went to Chatteris Community Defibrillators to wards the maintenance of existing defibrillators in the town.

The second donation of £1,000 went to Fenland Music Association for new sheet music.

The presentations were made outside Chatteris Museum.

All good causes can apply to the Leet Estate for donations on the proviso that the cause/organisation is open to all Chatteris residents and the donation is for equipment and not running costs.

Applications for donations in 2024 should be emailed to Adrian Long at Adrian.long@wga.co.uk between January 1-31 for the February meeting.
