College of West Anglia shines a light on mental health during lockdown

Students at the College of West Anglia have focussed on raising awareness and tackling some of the misconceptions and stigmas associated with mental health for Mental Health Awareness Week.

The week is a nationwide initiative run by the Mental Health Foundation, an organisation focussed on raising awareness of mental health problems.

Mental health support Coordinator, Maria Chaplin, said: “It is especially important at this time that we are kind to ourselves and to others and recognise the impact this can have on our wellbeing.”
