Community coffee morning at Swan House Care Home, Chatteris

Swan House Care Home in Chatteris will be holding a community coffee morning next Friday, September 29 at 10.30am to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Chef Wayne Woolman has been helping residents practice and perfect their bakes planned for the event and members of the local community are warmly invited to join residents and the team at the home for a cuppa and chat and to enjoy a selection of delicious cakes and treats.

Swan House Care Home is located in Swan Drive, Chatteris, PE16 6EX.
