Crews tackle accidental fire in Nene Quay, Wisbech

Firefighters attended a building fire in Wisbech yesterday.

At 12.44pm on Monday, two crews from Wisbech attended a house fire on Nene Quay in town.

The crews arrived to find a shed fire affecting two domestic properties and a commercial property.

Wearing breathing apparatus, firefighters used hose reels to extinguish the fire before returning to their station by 2.45pm.

The cause of the fire was accidental.
