Team still working as usual
There has been a surge in information, support and ideas for good mental health during the last week.
With the situation we’re in not getting any easier, I think we can all do with some ideas for ways to think more clearly, take some time for ourselves and create a stress-free environment to be able to adjust to the new way of life.
You’ll find #MentalHealthWeek all over social media but not everyone is able to access online tools, or may not want to go through all the lists. It can be overwhelming at the best of times.
