Fenland Business Awards: March Fast Fit and Servicing wins Customer Care category
It was a brilliant night for a business that prided themselves on service to shoppers as they stepped up to collect their accolade in the Customer Service category of the Fenland Citizen Business Awards.
March Fast Fit and Servicing, which was crowned winner in this category for the second year running, was thrilled to be presented the award by MP Steve Barclay on behalf of sponsors Chaos IT.
Jamie Coombs owner of the company, said: “It is nice to have it two years in a row. It means we are doing something right and keeping innovation as it should be – making sure profit comes second and customer care comes first.
“We opened seven weeks before the Covid-19 pandemic, we shut down less than two months after opening. But now we have increased the team and made it so we are a lot more committed to what customers want.”
March FastFit and Servicing is a family-owned garage that opened in 2020, with a strong focus on honesty and integrity.
