Dirty number plate leads to vehicle being seized in Wisbech

Police officers on patrol last night (Thursday) stopped this BMW on Norwich Road, Wisbech as the number plate was dirty and the officer couldn’t read it.

From carrying out checks it’s turns out the driver did not have insurance for the vehicle.

Posting on their Facebook page police said: "We made him clean the number plate before we seized it. The driver has been reported."
