Dozens of tractors set for Fenland Farmers festive charity road run

A hugely popular procession is back this festive season and promises to be bigger than ever.

The Fenland Farmers Tractor Run is set for Sunday December 17 and will see dozens of tractors take to the roads to raise money for charity, and bring some festive cheer.

Starting from White Fen Farm in Doddington at 4pm the procession will head through the village to Doddington and March finishing at City Road car park.

Fenland Farmers will be holding their annual festive tractor run on Sunday December 17 from 4pm.

This year the chosen charities are Fenland Wildlife, Holly Ward (children’s ward) at Hinchingbrooke Hospital and March Scouts Hut Repair Fund.

It is £10 per tractor to join the fun and £5 per passenger.

Once at City Road people will have a chance to admire the decorated machinery, as well as hog roast, pizza, hot drinks and Christmas stalls as well as a disco.

There is a competition for the best lit tractor and anyone wanting to support the farmers can visit their Justgiving page to donate, simply search tractorun2023.

In the meantime organisers are appealing for raffle prizes and can be contacted through the Fenland Farmers Facebook page.
