Driver flees scene after March High Street collision

A driver fled the scene after a collision in March High Street on Sunday.

The accident, which involved a black Ford Mondeo and blue Renault Megane, took place outside the Cock Inn at about 12.20pm.

There were no injuries, but the Megane driver fled the scene.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Police said: “We were called at 12.20pm following reports of a collision in High Street, March, involving a black Ford Mondeo and a blue Renault Megane.

“Vehicles were blocking the road.

“There were no injuries to either driver.

“However the driver of the Megane fled the scene.”
