Driver arrested in Wisbech for cannabis use, no licence and no insurance

A driver was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning in Wisbech.

Police say, after his vehicle was stopped, the driver tested positive for cannabis and also had no insurance or driving licence.

The incident happened at 12.30am on Waterlees Road.

The vehicle has been seized.
