Car discovered in Leverington after driver without insurance fled from police

A driver with no insurance who fled from police later had his vehicle seized.

The driver of the Volkswagen Polo failed to stop for police in Wisbech yesterday.

On their Facebook page, Policing Fenland said that the vehicle was seized after officers came across it parked up on a driveway in Leverington.

Officers shared a photo of the car, which received almost 200 reactions on Facebook.
