Wisbech make three signings including the return of Danny Draper

Three more players have agreed to join the Fenmen for the forthcoming season.

Forward Ryan Pearson (28) joins from Swaffham Town, midfielder Andre Williams (20) makes the switch from Peterborough Sports and midfielder Danny Draper (22) returns after a spell at Bedford Town.

Draper impressed in a spell at the club last season, scoring four goals in 13 games, and manager Brett Whaley said: "The club got a sight of what a talented player Danny is last season, and I’m delighted to have him back. He scores and creates goals and could be a very important player for us this season.”

On Pearson, Whaley added: "He is a player who has always impressed when I’ve faced him and he has done really well so far in pre-season. He has pace that we have been looking to add and has consistently scored goals over the last few seasons.”

And concerning Williams: "Andre has played at this level and is now ready to settle at a club after a difficult 2019-20 season. So much talent and I think this is the right place for him to show his potential.”
