March Town Council receives 14 reports of fly-tipping as it remains issue in area

During the latest March Town Council meeting, councillors spoke about fly-tipping still being an issue in the town.

At Monday evening’s meeting, Cllr Gary Christy told the other councillors that there had been 14 reports of fly-tipping last month.

He said one incident has been set for legal proceedings.

Cllr Christy said: “Unfortunately, the fly-tipping along Lambs Hill Drove, the person waiting for prosecution has sadly died.”
