Four cars and lorry collision sees A47 closed

Motorists reportedly suffered minor injuries in a multi-vehicle crash which closed the A47 near Guyhirn this morning (Friday).

The incident happened at around 10.08am between Guyhirn and Thorney Toll.

A police spokesperson said:“The collision, which involved four cars and a HGV, blocked the road.

“Fire crews, paramedics and police all attended the scene.

“Minor injuries were reported at the scene, and no one was taken to hospital. The vehicles were recovered.

“The road was closed, but has since reopened.”
