New ground sponsor for Wisbech Town FC

Wisbech Town Football Club has announced a new ground sponsor.

After being known as the Elgoods Fenland Stadium for the past 10 seasons, the new name for the ground is Fountain Fresh Park.

The new partnership with food products supplier Fountain Fresh Imports, of Walton Road, Wisbech, will initially run over three years and provides a significant financial boost for the club.

Wisbech Town chairman Paul Brenchley said: “We are very pleased to have agreed this new partnership and we look forward to building a close relationship that will benefit both sides.

“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank Elgoods Brewery for their support over the past 10 years. We will still be sourcing our beers from them so the Elgoods name won’t disappear completely.”

Fountain Foods Imports managing director Jack Hanson said: “We are extremely pleased to have agreed this new partnership and look forward to supporting this great club over the next three years.”
