LEARN MORECrowds were undeterred by Sunday's cold and blustery weather and went along to enjoy a bit of festive spirit at the Christmas Market in March on Sunday.
The event drew hundreds of people who enjoyed visiting the over 100 stalls looking for those last minute Christmas gifts.
Younger visitors were able to enjoy free fun fair rides on the Market Place.
Town Mayor Kim French officially opened the event, which also included mulled wine and speciality foods.
Cambridgeshire County Council's bus was also in attendance offering free fun activities and also had a posting box for Santa's letters.
It was the eighth time the market has been held and it also included live entertainment.
March Councillor Jan French said: "A grateful thanks to all that attended the Christmas Market today.
Great turnout considering the weather. Thank you to all volunteers and Fenland District Council staff, without them it would not be possible.
"Stall holders and entertainers you did us proud. Thank you. "
