Gallery: Curtain set to go up on Nine Lives Theatre Company's panto in Wisbech
If you haven't yet got tickets to a pantomime this Christmas then Wisbech-based Nine Lives Theatre company has just the thing for you.
The curtain went up on Saturday (18) to their festive family show The Magical Elf.
Being performed every evening up to Christmas Eve at the Secret Garden in Mile Tree Lane Wisbech, the show promises lashings of magic and sparkle for the whole family to enjoy.
Join Santa and his Elves and all the gang in a brand new seasonal story and lose yourselves in all the fun of a Christmas panto.
Expect all your favourite Christmas songs, lashings of magic, sparkling dance routines and a sack full of laughs as the cast take you on a sleigh ride packed with fun and adventure.
Professional magician Andy Leach is playing the role of the Magical Christmas Elf; Justin Thyme. He has performed for the Queen in The Royal Variety Performance among many other shows.
The pantomime is a one act show lasting approximately 90 minutes and promises to be a great start to your family's festive celebrations.
The cast pictured here at one of their final rehearsals will be performing Saturday at 6pm - tickets are £9 to £11 each - children under two who don't require a seat are free. Then there are performances on: Monday 5pm; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6pm and Friday (Christmas Eve) 4pm.
