Gallery: Suave night for James Bond fans at Luxe Cinema as Lions host fundraiser
Suave and sophisticated was the order of the day for cinema-goers to the Luxe in Wisbech on Friday night as the town's Lions Club staged a black tie affair to celebrate the launch of the latest Bond movie.
A near capacity audience attended the fundraising event arranged by the Lions with the help of the cinema's manager Nathan Smith to watch Daniel Craig in his finale as the suave spy James Bond, in "No time to die".
It was certainly no time to be shy as those attending were encouraged to dress up in their best bib and tuckers and red carpet style frocks and Alan Edmunds, Lions president, said it was a "jolly good night" with everyone enjoying the film.
The event saw the Lions take over the cinema for the evening and all money raised will go to local good causes supported by the club over the coming months.
