March Fast Fit and Servicing wins Customer Care award

Looking after its customers is at the forefront for a Fenland garage which was recognised for its work with a special award.

March Fast Fit and Servicing won the customer care award at this year’s Fenland Citizen Business Awards.

Being open for more than 25 years, the garage on Creek Road promises a speedy service while looking after every customer.

It offers an array of vehicle products and services including MOT testing, repairs, diagnostics and more.

Jamie Coombs and Ben Matthews were at the ceremony held at March Braza Club on Friday to receive the award.

Jamie said: “It's what we strive for, we try and do the best we can for the people we look after.

“More than other places, we listen to them, and not just what they come in for. We talk about the day-to-day things and make conversation and make sure they feel comfortable and welcome and feel happy. That’s what it is all about.

“Ben joined us in 2023, since he has been there it has flourished.”

The customer care category was judged by headline sponsors Whitings LLP – who decided March Fast Fit and Servicing were worthy winners.

They were up against Attention 2 Detail and Fenland Families and Baby Bank C.I.C.
