Wisbech Freemasons donates £500 towards 3rd Wisbech Scouts minibus

A group has contributed hundreds of pounds to help a town’s scout group purchase a minibus which will help children embark on a number of adventures.

Wisbech Freemasons donated £500 to the 3rd Wisbech Scout Group to support their minibus appeal.

The minibus has since been purchased and the scout group has planned a special trip to the lake district this summer.

Scout leader Caroline Kooreman said: “This kind donation is very much appreciated.

“Our minibus allows us to improve and develop what we deliver to all members of the 3rd Wisbech Scout Group.”

The 3rd Wisbech Scouts has 50 young people that attend their weekly sessions during term time.
