Wisbech doesn't need rows over Santa

‘Ho, ho, ho’ should be ‘Woe, woe, woe’!

With the many urgent and necessary issues that need addressing in Wisbech town centre, one of our town councillors gets embroiled in a row on social media about the correct number of Santas there should be in Wisbech. Can you believe it?

If only a quarter of time spent on futile issues was spent on bringing Wisbech out of the 17th Century, the electorate would perhaps have a little more respect.

Town centre toilets, for example, and another – car parking management, rather than banishment.

At the moment it’s a laughing stock.

To me it looks as though we need local people at the helm and get some feet back on the ground.
