A contractor is being sought for a major housing development in Chatteris which could have a gross development value of up to £50 million.
Robertson Strategic Asset Management, part of the family-owned Robertson Group, which specialises in construction, infrastructure and support services is looking for suitable house builders to develop the Womb Farm site off Doddington Road after Fenland's planning committee gave the development the green-light last month.
The development, which received unanimous support of Fenland's planning committee, is for a 250 homes development.
