Police are this morning appealing for witnesses after cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of around £125,000, were seized during a police raid.
Around 250 plants were recovered from an address in Walsoken during the operation yesterday, which was carried out under a search warrant, along with two firearms.
Police say the property had been specially converted in order to facilitate the growth of the drugs.
A Norfolk Police spokesman added: "No one was present when we executed the warrant and enquiries are continuing to try and identify those responsible for the grow/factory."
Anyone who may have information about the factory is asked to contact police on 101.
