Illegal van seized by police in Chatteris




A van owner has had his vehicle seized by police after being caught driving without all the necessary documents including insurance.

Officers from the Rural Crime Action Team came across the van while on duty in Chatteris yesterday.

Checks were carried out and it was discovered the vehicle was untaxed, had no MOT, no insurance, and the driver’s licence was expired.
