Police cordon in place on Lynn Road in Walton Highway following discovery of human bones

An investigation has been launched after human bones were found near Wisbech.

Police were called to Lynn Road in Walton Highway, at 8.30am on Sunday, following reports that partial human remains had been found by a member of the public.

Officers are currently carrying out their enquiries.

A police cordon is currently in place.
