Long Sutton branch of legal firm welcomes new face
Legal firm Mossop & Bowser has welcomed a new conveyancer to its Long Sutton office.
Laura Collins joined on April 1, in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak.
She has helped ensure that the firm can continue to advise clients during lockdown restrictions at what has been a very difficult time for everyone involved in the industry.
Laura has a vast wealth of experience, having worked within the property sector for the last 12 years.
She can provide advice in a range of areas including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transactions involving unregistered and registered land, probate sales and assents, sales by the trustee in bankruptcy, remortgages and transfer of equity matters.
Laura will be heading up the conveyancing department in the Long Sutton office.
Senior partner Mark Hill said: “Laura is a very welcome addition to our team; her expertise, skills and experience mean she is a real asset to our firm and our clients.”
Laura added: “Starting a new job during a strict lockdown has to be one of the strangest things I have ever experienced but the partners and staff at Mossop & Bowser could not have done more to welcome me into the firm and make me feel at home.
“I am excited to join a firm that offers its clients an exceptional personal service to help them through each stage of a property transaction, which can be a very daunting and stressful time.
“I am looking forward to getting out into the community and meeting clients and contacts, once of course it is safe for us to do so.”
