A man has been arrested in connection with an acid attack on a woman in Wisbech, police have announced.

The incident happened in Norwich Road on Sunday morning.

Cambridgeshire Police said a short time ago that a 27-year-old man had been detained and is currently being held in custody in King's Lynn.
