Man in 20s released on bail after driving under influence of drugs with no tax or insurance on March Road in Rings End

A man was arrested after being found driving illegally.

Last week, officers from Fenland’s Rural Crime Action Team stopped a car on March Road in Rings End, for having no tax or insurance.

However, the driver, a man in his 20s, was then arrested after he tested positive for cannabis on a roadside drugs test.

He has been bailed until July while the police await the results of the evidential sample testing.
