Man arrested and woman taken to hospital after violent incident




A woman suffered serious injuries in a violent incident in March in the early hours of Bank Holiday Monday (May 27).

Police attended the scene around 12.17pm, following reports of "violence" on High Street.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire police said: “We were called at 12.17am on Monday May 27 with reports of violence in High Street, March.

“A woman was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

“A man was arrested on suspicion of GBH and has since been bailed until June 21.”
