Man from Wisbech caught drink driving in Honda Acord replied he drank two beers and a whiskey
A man from Wisbech appeared in court after drink driving back in October.
Ibryam Badzhak, 44, of West Street, Wisbech, pleaded guilty in Lynn's Magistrates Court following the offence.
Prosecutor Emma Pocknell told the court that at around 11.40pm on Sunday, October 30, police officers were drawn to the attention of a vehicle breaking for no apparent reason and struggling to hold the centre of the road.
Police pulled over the Honda Acord that Badzhak was driving on King Street in Wisbech and Badzhak said to police that he had drank 'two beers and a small whiskey.'
Mitigating was George Sorrell, who said: "The defendant acknowledges the facts of this case, there was alcohol in this breath.
"He came to the UK back in 2019 and has been settled."
Badzhak was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £48 and court costs of £105.
