Holbeach man accused of robbing BP Filling Station at Long Sutton




A man has been charged with robbery following an incident at a filling station.

Connor Tierney (25), of Langwith Drive, Holbeach, is accused of robbing the BP Main Road Filling Station, in Long Sutton, of a quantity of alcohol, cigarettes and a Yodel parcel to a value unknown on March 15.

He has also been charged with breaking bail conditions which were to live and sleep between 9pm and 5am at an address in Langwith Drive.

No pleas were entered during the hearing at Lincoln Magistrates Court on April 1.

The next hearing will be held at Lincoln Crown Court and he was re-admitted to bail.
