Gorefield man in court over alleged sex offence and biting

A 22-year-old Gorefield man has made a first appearance in court over an alleged sex offence two years ago.
Tom Jacklin is said to have sexually assaulted a female aged 16 or over in a Fenland village on January 28, 2020.
He also face charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm – said to be biting – and engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour.
Jacklin, of Churchill Road, did not enter pleas when he appeared before King's Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.
The case was sent to Norwich Crown Court for a first hearing on February 17.
He was granted unconditional bail.
