Man in court over stabbing incident in Wisbech

A man has appeared in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm and possession of a knife following an incident in Wisbech earlier this week.
Lewis March, 35, of no fixed address but from the Fenland area, appeared at Peterborough Magistrates Court yesterday.
He has been remanded in custody until his next court appearance is April 23 at Cambridge Crown Court.
Police were called at 12.25pm on Monday to reports of a man being stabbed in Church Terrace.
Emergency services attended and the victim was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
