Emneth man Benji Ravenscoft sent to trial after being accused of assaulting man and causing criminal damage to mobile phone

A man has been sent to trial after pleading not guilty to assaulting another and breaking his mobile phone.

Benji Ravenscroft, 44, of Mill Road, Emneth appeared at Lynn's Magistrates' Court where he was then sent to trial.

Magistrates confirmed that he will return to the same court at the later date of July 18.

In the meantime, Ravenscroft was released on conditional bail with restrictions not to contact the complainant.
